2/21: International Logistics Group Limited (West Sussex, UK), a U.K subsidiary of Yusen Logistics, acquired Noel Topco, a U.K-based holding company of 10 companies including Global Freight Solutions, in an attempt to grow its specialization in fulfillment services for e-Commerce businesses from order receipt to delivery. 2/15: Btab Ecommerce Group (Sydney, Australia), an e-commerce company operating through its network globally to help small businesses succeed both offline/online, announces a proposed merger with Integrated Wellness Acquisition at an enterprise value of $250M. (Link)

2/14: ContextLogic (San Francisco, CA) [NASDAQ: WISH], the e-commerce platform personalizing transactions between sellers/buyers sells its marketplace Wish for $173M to Singaporean e-commerce platform Qoo10 at $6.50/share, representing a 44% premium on the stock price prior to announcement. (Link)

Google and Reddit negotiated a $60M content licensing deal, allowing Reddit’s data APIs to train Google’s AI models (Gemini and Google’s Vertex AI), furthering real-time content along with its potential use-cases in e-Commerce consumer-based settings. (Link)

62 million tons of paper and cardboard waste in the US ends up in landfills, accounting for around 56% of the 110 million tons manufactured in each year, according to the US Department of Energy. (Link)

Wix partners up with Global-e to help merchants sell internationally, tapping into Shopify’s ecosystem, enabling Wix merchants to price and sell in more than 100 countries, create customized checkout flows, adhere to local tax/duty requirements. (Link)
