La Honda Advisors (“LHA”) is pleased to announce our client, Pop Sells, LLC, a leading full-service, online marketplace specializing in concierge-style-service for RV, boat, and lifestyle vehicle transactions, was acquired by Trader Interactive, a premier provider of digital marketplace and dealer solutions serving the powersports, recreational vehicle, marine, commercial vehicle, and heavy equipment industries. The transaction was completed in May 2025.
The acquisition brings together Pop Sells’ unique full-service marketplace model, which is focused on guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction, with Trader Interactive’s extensive portfolio of digital marketplaces, including RV Trader, Cycle Trader, and other “Trader” branded properties that are used by millions of consumers and thousands of dealers each month.
By joining the Trader Interactive family, Pop Sells will be able to leverage Trader Interactive’s technology platforms and dealer-focused tools and expand its reach across a broader audience of lifestyle vehicle buyers and sellers.
