3/22: CAMP Systems International (Merrimack, NH), a unit of Hearst Communications and leading provider of aviation management services, has agreed to acquire Avinode, the operator of an online global air charter sourcing platform, for an estimated $200M. (Link)

3/10: MDF Commerce (Quebec, CA) (TSX: MDF), a Canadian provider of SaaS which operates procurement and e-commerce marketplace platforms, entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by KKR for $255M in an all-cash transaction, becoming a private company. (Link)

3/6: Ashley Furniture (Arcadia, WI), the American operator of home furniture stores, has announced an offer to acquire Resident Home (Nectar Mattress), a leading e-commerce supplier of mattresses and bed accessories, for $1B. (Link)
