11/13: Cloud provider platform, CoreWeave (Roseland, NJ), closes on a $650mm secondary share sale that values the company at a $23B pre-money, up from $19B in May of this year. Cisco, Pure Storage, Jane Street, Macquarie Group, Magnetar Capital, Fidelity Investments and SuRo Capital will join the cap table through the deal. 11/8: Upwind (San Francisco, CA), a next-generation cloud security platform, closed on $100mm of an undisclosed targeted amount of Series B venture funding from Greylock, Craft Ventures, and others. The deal puts the company’s pre-money valuation between $750mm and $800mm. (Link)
