10/28: WeRide (Guangzhou, China) raises a total of $440.5 million through an initial public offering in the US, alongside a private placement. The company is now listed under Nasdaq under the ticker “WRD” and is the first publicly listed universal autonomous driving technology and robotaxi company. (Link)
